Teamnex Solution LLC (“Teamnex,” “TeeLink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use the TeeLink mobile application, related websites, kiosks, QR-code redemption systems, and associated services collectively referred to as the “Services.”
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use TeeLink and the features available at the participating golf facility you visit.
A. Account Information
When you create or manage an account, we may collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Account username or identifier
- Authentication credentials, such as a securely stored password hash
- Account preferences
- Communications you send to us
B. Purchase and Transaction Information
When you make a purchase or redeem a product, we may collect:
- Products purchased
- Purchase amount
- Taxes, fees, discounts, and credits
- Transaction date and time
- Participating facility or merchant
- Order and transaction identifiers
- Account balance, available credits, or product entitlements
- QR-code issuance, scan, redemption, and expiration information
- Refund, cancellation, and dispute information
C. Payment Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.
Depending on the payment method and processor, payment information may include your cardholder name, billing address, payment-card details, or digital-wallet information. Full payment-card numbers and security codes are generally submitted directly to the payment processor and are not intended to be stored by TeeLink.
We may receive and store limited payment-related information, such as:
- A payment token
- Payment method type
- Card brand
- Last four digits of a payment card
- Card expiration month and year
- Billing postal code
- Payment status
- Processor transaction identifier
Payment processing is also governed by the privacy policy and terms of the applicable payment processor.
D. Device and Technical Information
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:
- Device type and model
- Operating system and app version
- Internet Protocol address
- Device or installation identifiers
- Language and regional settings
- Date and time of access
- App interactions and feature usage

E. Facility and Redemption Information
When you use TeeLink at a participating location, we may collect information about:
- The participating facility you select or visit
- The kiosk, scanner, or dispenser used
- QR codes presented or scanned
- Products or credits redeemed
- Redemption date and time
- Device and request identifiers
- Whether a redemption request was accepted, rejected, completed, or previously used
TeeLink does not collect precise GPS location unless a specific feature requests permission and you choose to grant it. Selecting a facility or using a facility’s kiosk may nevertheless reveal the general location where a transaction occurred.
F. Customer Support and Communications
When you contact us or a participating facility, we may collect the content of your request, contact details, attachments, troubleshooting information, and any other information you choose to provide.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Create and manage TeeLink accounts
- Authenticate users and maintain account security
- Process purchases and payments
- Issue, validate, and redeem QR codes
- Maintain balances, credits, purchases, and transaction histories
- Operate compatible kiosks, scanners, and dispensers
- Provide receipts and service-related notifications
- Respond to customer-support requests
- Process refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
- Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and duplicate redemptions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve reliability
- Analyze product performance and service usage
- Maintain accounting, tax, audit, and compliance records
- Enforce our Terms of Service and merchant policies

- Protect the rights, safety, property, and security of users, facilities, Teamnex, and others
We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, service improvement, reporting, and business planning where the information cannot reasonably identify an individual.

A. Participating Facilities
We may provide relevant account, purchase, redemption, and support information to the golf facility or merchant from which you purchase or redeem products.
Participating facilities may act independently when setting prices, fulfilling purchases, operating equipment, processing refunds, or communicating with customers. Their handling of information may also be governed by their own privacy policies.
B. Service Providers
We may disclose information to vendors that help us operate the Services, including providers of:
- Payment processing
- Cloud hosting and data storage
- Email, text-message, and notification delivery
- Customer support
- Authentication and account security
- Analytics and crash reporting
- Fraud prevention
- Accounting and compliance services
- Kiosk and equipment connectivity
These providers may access information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us and subject to their contractual and legal obligations.

4. Advertising and Tracking
TeeLink is not intended to sell personal information or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not intend to track users across apps and websites owned by other companies for targeted advertising without obtaining any consent required by applicable law or platform rules.
If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or choices required by law.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
TeeLink websites and web-based components may use cookies, local storage, session storage, software development kits, and similar technologies to:
- Keep users signed in
- Remember preferences
- Secure accounts
- Process transactions

- Prevent fraud and abuse

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the participating facility, legal requirements, and whether an account remains active.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it. Information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or archives until those systems are overwritten under our standard retention processes.
7. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access personal information we maintain about you

- Request deletion of personal information
- Obtain a copy of certain personal information
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Certain information may be retained where required for transactions, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other permitted purposes.
Deleting your account may not automatically cancel pending purchases, refund requests, disputes, or obligations owed to a participating facility.
8. Account Deletion

After verification, we will delete or de-identify information associated with your account unless retention is reasonably necessary or legally permitted for purposes such as:
- Transaction and tax records
- Fraud and security prevention
- Chargebacks and disputes
- Enforcement of agreements

Deleting your account may permanently remove access to unused balances, credits, purchase records, or unredeemed products, subject to applicable law and the policies of the participating facility. Before deleting your account, contact support regarding any remaining value associated with it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
However, no internet transmission, mobile application, or electronic storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
10. Children’s Privacy
TeeLink is intended for a general retail audience and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required authorization. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through TeeLink, contact us at [privacy@yourdomain.com] so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction should use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the app, website, email, or another appropriate method.
